1. Extremely high measurement accuracy:

How it works: Fluid drives a pair of precision-meshing gears to rotate. With each full rotation of the gears, several fixed-volume fluid chambers—formed by the gears and the housing—are discharged.

Direct result: The cumulative volume of the fluid is directly proportional to the number of gear rotations. This direct measurement method ensures exceptionally high accuracy, typically ranging from ±0.2% to ±0.5%, with outstanding repeatability.

Filling Accuracy: Ensure that the fill volume of every bottle and can of beverage is highly consistent, meeting the requirements of the national "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Metrological Inspection of Prepackaged Products," thereby preventing cost losses caused by underfilling or overfilling.

2. Less affected by fluid properties:

The PLC or quantitative controller can easily count the pulses; when the count reaches the set value, it immediately sends a signal to shut off the filling valve, enabling fast and precise quantitative control.
