1. Material Compatibility: The parts that come into contact with the pharmaceutical solution—such as the lining and electrodes—are typically made from materials like 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy alloys, and advanced materials including PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and PFA (perfluoroalkoxy). These materials are non-toxic, highly corrosion-resistant, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.

2. Surface Finish: We can provide surfaces with exceptionally high smoothness (Ra values), such as Ra < 0.8 µm or even Ra < 0.4 µm, meeting hygiene standards like 3-A and EHEDG. This ensures that microorganisms are less likely to thrive, making the surfaces easy to clean and sterilize.

3. CIP/SIP Capability: The electromagnetic flowmeters perfectly support Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) processes. They can withstand high temperatures—SIP typically requires steam at temperatures above 121°C—as well as strong acidic and alkaline cleaning agents. Additionally, their robust structural design features no dead corners, ensuring thorough cleaning and sterilization effectiveness.
