Product Introduction:

In the chemical industry, SCADA systems serve as the "nervous center" of production operations, while the four key process parameter instruments—temperature, pressure, flow, and level—are the plant-wide "sensory nerves."

The raw data provided by the four major process instruments—temperature, pressure, flow, and level—are processed sequentially within the SCADA system, ultimately transforming into valuable information.

1. Data Acquisition: SCADA polls or receives data from fieldbuses and controllers via drivers and IO servers.

2. Signal Processing: Perform filtering (noise removal) on the raw data, range conversion (e.g., converting 4-20mA to 0-1.0 MPa), linearization, and more.

3. Alarm Check: Compare the processed data with the preset alarm thresholds. If a threshold is triggered, immediately generate an alarm record and notify the operator.

4. Data Storage: Store historical data in a database for trend analysis, fault diagnosis, and report generation.

5. Visualization: Dynamically display information on the HMI screen in the form of simulated diagrams, trend curves, numerical values, bar graphs, and more.

6. Output Control: Operators issue setpoints or manual control commands via the HMI, and SCADA system transmits them to the lower-level controller or directly operates the valves.
