The gas turbine flow sensor is a high-precision gas turbine flow sensor. It can be combined with the corresponding signal converter to realize the transmission of the flow signal, the display of the flow and the total flow. This sensor is widely used in measurement systems for natural gas, air, gas, etc.
 
When the gas turbine flowmeter is filled with medium, use a multimeter to measure the resistance between terminals A, B and C. The resistance between A-C and B-C should be approximately equal. If the difference is more than 1 time, there may be leakage of the electrode, condensation of water on the outer wall of the measuring tube or in the junction box. When the lining of the gas turbine flowmeter is dry, use an M meter to measure the insulation resistance between A-C and B-C (should be greater than 200M). Then use a multimeter to measure the resistance of terminals A and B and the two electrodes in the measuring tube (should be in a short-circuit connection). If the insulation resistance is very small, it means that the electrode is leaking, and the entire flowmeter should be returned to the factory for repair. If the insulation is reduced but it is still more than 50M and Step 1 and the inspection result is normal, the outer wall of the measuring tube may be damp, and the inside of the shell can be dried by a hot air fan. The gas turbine flowmeter uses a multimeter to measure the resistance between X and Y. If it exceeds 200 ohms, the excitation coil and its lead-out wire may be open or have poor contact. Remove the terminal board and check. The gas turbine flowmeter to check the insulation resistance between X, Y and C should be above 200M. If there is a drop, dry the inside of the casing with hot air. In actual operation, the decrease of the coil insulation will cause the measurement error to increase and the instrument output signal to be unstable. If it is determined that the sensor is faulty, please contact the manufacturer. Generally, it cannot be resolved on site and needs to be returned to the factory for repair.
